These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Off and Relax Head Spa website and your purchase, booking, and use of services offered by Off and Relax Head Spa (“Off and Relax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or gift card, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

Off and Relax Head Spa provides head spa, scalp care, hair care, beauty, relaxation, massage-related, facial, and other spa and wellness services.

Our services are provided for cosmetic, relaxation, and general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided on our website, in advertisements, or by our staff should not be considered medical advice.

If you have a medical condition or concern that may affect your ability to safely receive a service, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving the service.

2. APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Appointments may be booked through our website, Square booking system, telephone, text message, or other booking methods made available by Off and Relax Head Spa.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the appointment has been successfully booked and confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments when reasonably necessary.

3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Certain appointments may require a deposit, prepayment, or valid payment method to reserve the appointment.

Prices are displayed or communicated at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

Payment may be processed through Square or another payment processor authorized by Off and Relax Head Spa.

Applicable taxes, fees, gratuities, upgrades, or additional services may be charged separately where appropriate.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans change. Customers should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies presented during the booking process apply to your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of a deposit or a cancellation/no-show charge where disclosed at the time of booking.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms presented to you during the booking process.

5. LATE ARRIVALS

Customers should arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the service so that subsequent appointments are not delayed. Depending on the length of the delay, we may also need to reschedule the appointment.

A shortened service caused by a customer's late arrival may still be charged at the originally booked price.

6. REFUNDS

Services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe there was a problem with your service, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and attempt to resolve your concern.

Refunds for deposits, prepaid appointments, packages, promotions, or other purchases are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. GIFT CARDS, PACKAGES AND PROMOTIONS

Gift cards, promotional offers, packages, discounts, and coupons may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

Promotional offers:

Cannot generally be combined unless specifically stated
May be limited to particular services or locations
May have eligibility requirements
May be limited to new or first-time customers
Have no cash value except where required by law

Gift cards are subject to applicable California law and any additional terms disclosed when purchased.

8. SERVICE RESULTS

Individual experiences and results vary.

Photographs, testimonials, descriptions, advertisements, before-and-after examples, and other information displayed on our website or marketing materials are provided for informational or illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same results.

9. HEALTH, ALLERGIES AND SERVICE INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for informing our staff before receiving services about relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, skin or scalp concerns, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures, or other circumstances that could affect the suitability of a service.

We may decline, discontinue, modify, or recommend postponing a service when our staff reasonably believes doing so is appropriate for the customer's safety or well-being.

Our staff does not provide medical diagnoses.

Customers experiencing significant or persistent medical symptoms should seek advice from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting our locations.

To the extent permitted by law, Off and Relax Head Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings unless caused by circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for customers and employees.

Harassment, threatening behavior, inappropriate conduct, abusive language, sexual misconduct, or other behavior that interferes with the safety or comfort of our customers or employees will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment.

12. WEBSITE USE

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes, including reviewing our services, contacting us, and booking appointments.

You may not attempt to:

Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of our website

13. WIX AND SQUARE

Our website is hosted and operated using Wix, and we use Square for certain appointment booking, customer management, payment processing, and related functions.

Off and Relax Head Spa is not responsible for outages, technical failures, or other circumstances involving independent third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

14. TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAIL

If you provide your telephone number or email address, we may communicate with you regarding appointments, confirmations, reminders, receipts, customer service, and other transactional matters.

If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may also send promotional communications as permitted by law.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message, such as replying STOP.
